Currently, we are looking to add a Tech Support Representative in our San Diego office.
GoFormz is looking for an energetic and success driven Tech Support Representative who loves providing exceptional support to customers. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will work on our Support Desk and provide resolution to customers as they submit tickets regarding usability and technical related issues.
This position will target early morning customer support. The start of day will be at 3AM through 12PM PDT.
