Job Description
GoFormz is a San Diego-based company leading the mobile data capture industry. We empower businesses to replace paper forms with web and mobile-based digital forms that provide global access to the collected data. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager, ABM Campaigns to drive our account-based marketing strategy targeting construction and energy sector clients. This role executes ABM programs end-to-end, from account segmentation through campaign reporting.
The Details:
- Maintain target account lists and coordinate multi-touch ABM campaigns across paid, email, and content channels
- Manage Metadata platform daily operations including audience setup and budget optimization
- Build Marketo programs, nurture flows, and ensure proper lead routing
- Develop pre- and post-event outreach sequences
- Produce weekly performance reports tracking MQL volume, engagement rates, and pipeline contribution
- Leverage AI tools for copy variations and personalization at scale
The Requirements:
- 5+ years B2B demand generation or campaign management experience
- Hands-on ABM program building experience (not just support roles)
- Proficiency with Metadata platform in B2B SaaS environments
- Marketo working knowledge for independent program management
- Paid LinkedIn campaign management with measurable pipeline outcomes
- Data analysis and report building capabilities
- Familiarity with Salesforce, GA4, and Amplemarket
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Compensation: $108,000–$145,000 annually
