GoFormz Announces Integration with PlanGrid to Automate Record-Keeping and Improve Form Management

Integration enables completed mobile forms to be automatically stored within PlanGrid

 


SAN DIEGO, CA — July 8, 2019 — GoFormz (www.goformz.com) the leading mobile forms and data capture platform, today announced it has partnered with PlanGrid, an Autodesk company and a leader in construction productivity software. With this partnership, GoFormz is providing integration that gives construction teams a fully automated means of dynamically storing completed GoFormz mobile forms within corresponding PlanGrid projects.

GoFormz mobile forms streamline data collection, allowing teams to enter project information within digital forms that look exactly like their existing paper documents, and instantly submit completed forms from their mobile device. Mobile forms can even be filled out and completed offline, then synced to the Cloud and integrated applications once a signal becomes available – enabling teams to collect data anywhere, no matter how remote.

The integration of GoFormz with PlanGrid eliminates common obstacles to data collection and processing, such as manual hand-offs, rekeying data, and physical record-keeping. As a result, teams can decrease miscommunication and avoid rework.

Dynamic functionality like automatic calculations and required fields make sure data is accurate and complete before it reaches a PlanGrid project. Once a form is completed in the GoFormz app, it can be instantly routed to the appropriate PlanGrid project and saved to Documents based on entered data.

Additional integration functionality can be added upon request, including creating and updating PlanGrid RFIs and Tasks, automatically dispatching GoFormz mobile forms from a PlanGrid project, making PlanGrid project data available within a form, even while offline — and more.
