About The Role:

A successful Enterprise Professional Services Consultant will be a process-oriented, customer-focused, highly technical individual with a proven track record of successful large implementations in a SaaS space. A successful candidate in this role has a background in integrations using an API, working with SQL, and troubleshooting complex software issues. Our ideal candidate is someone who can own the customer’s relationships as well as architect and build their solution in the back-end.

The Details:

• This role will be responsible for both, the technical and client-facing side of onboarding and implementing our largest customers
• Creating and executing an implementation plan through completion
• Project management skills and knowledge of API structure and architecture will be essential to being successful in this role
• Ability to consult on solutions with our customers
• Responsible for troubleshooting a complex technical product
• Be the main point of contact for the full lifecycle of assigned implementations
• Break down technical issues in a digestible manner with customers
• Communicate with clients and walk them through complex processes and problems

The Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4+ years related experience required.
• Technical portfolio of completed projects or certifications including integrations and mapping a plus. (SQL, Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience with third-party systems such as:
• SQL Server
• Salesforce
• Snowflake
• Google BigQuery
• PowerBI
• Conducting client-facing training sessions and product demonstrations
• Project Management Experience
• Solutions Consultant experience a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations and functions
• Experience with API structure and functionality
• Experience providing technical support in a SaaS environment
• Experience working in a client-facing capacity
• Location preferences: San Diego
• Work environment: Hybrid, some in-office work required.(Minimum of 1 day per week in office)

Location and Commitment:

• Hybrid-based in our San Diego office
• Permanent full-time position
