About The Role:
We are currently looking for a proactive and proven Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to add to our growing team.
As Sales & Marketing Operations Manager, you will be a core part of the marketing department. We are looking for an individual to help drive our marketing and sales systems. You will be closely involved with our marketing operations campaigns, lead generation programs, and data flow processes.
The Details:
- Define, create, and maintain marketing automation programs in Marketo, Salesforce, and other marketing systems
- Generate and maintain Salesforce APEX code for sales automation
- Build actionable reports and dashboards across our Martech stack
- Run daily and weekly reports on marketing performance to stay up to date on trends and new findings
- Onboard and train new sales and marketing teammates on current processes
- Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams
- Identify ways to enhance sales productivity and help them work smarter by improving processes
- Work with sales and marketing teams to refine our automated lead qualification process to provide insightful and accurate lead scoring
The Requirements:
- 3+ years in lifecycle Marketing operations for subscription-based services (experience in SaaS or B2B Marketing is preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Phenomenal cross-group collaborator, self-starter, and big-picture problem solver
- Ability to react calmly to curveballs, prioritize competing initiatives, make judgment calls, and pivot as needed under pressure in an evolving environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce, APEX, and the Lightning Platform API
- Experience with CRM/email marketing strategy, design and operations as well as omnichannel data integration, enablement, and testing
- Ability to balance and prioritize across multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to create, follow and validate testing policies and plans across various data and marketing channels, ensuring quality control across all processes
- Have passion and a “Get stuff done” attitude
- Competency in writing SQL queries and fluency in scripting languages (R, Python, Ruby, etc.)
- Expert-level Marketo experience is a hard requirement
Location, Commitment, and Salary:
- Remote-Permanent full-time position
- Monday-Friday
- Salary: $100,000-$120,000 DOE
