A successful Professional Services Consultant will be a process-oriented, customer-focused, multi-tasking individual with a proven track record of successful project management in a technical space. A successful candidate in this role is tech-savvy and approaches event technology solutions with proactivity and curiosity.
The Details:
- Approximately 80% of the role will be spent leading client projects and 20% on other tasks which may include answering support tickets and assisting internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members and work cross-departmentally to achieve company goals
- This position reports to the Manager of Client Services.
- Client communication (phone calls and emails) and project management will be an integral part of your everyday agenda.
- Work independently to complete professional service project builds and communicate professionally and promptly with clients
- Troubleshoot support tickets within our support standards including time to close and first response time metrics.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and present in a digestible manner to clients
The Requirements:
- Experience with systems integrations with programs such as: Salesforce, QuickBooks Online, SQL Server, Procore
- Conducting client-facing training sessions and product demonstrations
- Project Management Experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations and functions
- Prior experience with APIs
- Familiarity with SQL Queries
- Experience providing technical support in a SaaS environment
- Experience working in a client facing capacity

- Compensation range: $65,000- $80,000 DOE
