Professional Services Consultant

A successful Professional Services Consultant will be a process-oriented, customer-focused, multi-tasking individual with a proven track record of successful project management in a technical space. A successful candidate in this role is tech-savvy and approaches event technology solutions with proactivity and curiosity.

The Details:

• Approximately 80% of the role will be spent leading client projects and 20% on other tasks which may include answering support tickets and assisting internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members and work cross-departmentally to achieve company goals
• This position reports to the Manager of Client Services.
• Client communication (phone calls and emails) and project management will be an integral part of your everyday agenda.
• Work independently to complete professional service project builds and communicate professionally and promptly with clients
• Troubleshoot support tickets within our support standards including time to close and first response time metrics.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and present in a digestible manner to clients

The Requirements:

• Experience with systems integrations with programs such as: Salesforce, QuickBooks Online, SQL Server, Procore
• Conducting client-facing training sessions and product demonstrations
• Project Management Experience
• Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations and functions
• Prior experience with APIs
• Familiarity with SQL Queries
• Experience providing technical support in a SaaS environment
• Experience working in a client facing capacity

• Compensation range: $65,000- $80,000 DOE
