This means customers can quickly file, organize and search for files in Box based on anything they capture or itemize on a GoFormz mobile form. Some examples of metadata fields on a form include customer names and numbers, product or partner names and numbers, service order types, issue categories, work completion dates, contract values, etc. An administrator can configure a form to automatically generate metadata every time a user completes it.
